Crystal-Clear PET Flakes for Sheet, Fibre and Resin Applications
Our Clear PET Flakes are produced from 100% post-consumer PET bottles. Bottles are received, sorted by colour and run through a multi-stage hot-wash line that removes labels, adhesives, caps, moisture, PVC and other contaminants. The output is graded by colour and quality, and every batch is tested against defined technical parameters before dispatch.
Flakes are offered in two grades: Sheet-Grade, an ultra-clean hot-washed flake with very low PVC content for rPET resin production and bottle-to-bottle recycling, and Fiber-Grade, a high-purity flake with consistent IV for polyester fibre, industrial textiles and non-woven materials. Cold-washed flakes are available on request.

Packaging

Flakes are packed in woven polypropylene jumbo bags with internal polyethylene moisture-barrier liners and container desiccant packs for ocean transit.
Documentation
Every batch is tested and the results are issued in a formal Technical Data Sheet that accompanies each shipment.
