Yes. We dispatch representative 2 kg to 10 kg lab evaluation samples via international air courier (DHL/FedEx) accompanied by the corresponding lot test sheet. For industrial trial extrusion runs, pallet-sized test quantities can be arranged.
Absolutely. We welcome third-party pre-shipment inspections appointed by the buyer to verify bale opening quality, flake moisture, packaging integrity, and container sealing before vessel departure.
Every PET flake shipment is accompanied by a formal Technical Data Sheet covering IV, colour, moisture, bulk density, PVC, polymer and metal contamination, and flake size distribution. Lot-specific values are listed there, alongside the Grade A reference specifications shown on our product pages.
Sheet-grade flakes are ultra-clean with very low PVC content, suited to rPET resin production and bottle-to-bottle recycling. Fiber-grade flakes are high-purity with a consistent IV value, designed for polyester fiber, industrial textiles, non-woven materials and non-food packaging.
Our flakes are bagged in woven polypropylene bulk jumbo bags equipped with internal polyethylene moisture-barrier liners and container desiccant packs to prevent condensation and moisture pickup throughout tropical and deep-sea routes.
We work with FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW under Incoterms 2020, with transparent freight booking and prompt Bill of Lading (B/L) dispatch after vessel departure.
A 20ft container carries approx. 10-12 MT and a 40ft High Cube approx. 22-25 MT, packed in moisture-barrier bulk jumbo bags or strapped pallets. Custom packaging configurations can be arranged for large-volume buyers.
Yes. Our commercial team is experienced in LC-based transactions, export documentation and FOB shipment arrangements standard to international B2B trade. Final payment terms are agreed at the quotation stage.
Hot-washed flake is our standard, produced with hot caustic washing at 80°C to 85°C. Cold-washed flakes are available on request.
PET strapping is available in Green and Brown, and GETL is the only Bangladeshi manufacturer offering both. Six standard codes cover widths of 12 to 19 mm, with rolls of 407 × 150 mm (standard) or 407 × 190 mm (jumbo). Custom dimensions are available to your specification.
